BUILD FOR SUPPORT

Putting repair before innovation

One of the most dangerous words in technology integration is "Innovation".  It’s ubiquitous presence in the hype around technology argues that it is both correct and necessary.

But the truth is, people generally don’t want more new features, they want their core problems solved. What is truly "innovative" appears more high-touch, than high tech.  In other words, what best in class technology integration emerges from is a service orientation.

It means, designing user-focused support by anticipating performance problems.  It means working with users and studying what makes a “good day”. It means taking knowledge of user behavior and embedding exactly the right support exactly at the point of need. True innovation is providing processes that really work, no more no less.

Knowing you can do better is an altogether different story than knowing what to do.
Find out how we can help. For a perfect example of high-touch technology integration in acton, see below.
