I have lead teams in dislodging paradigm paralysis to create innovative, practical solutions that organize, inform & inspire for over two decades. As a coach and digital ecosystem developer I have helped thousands of individuals aspire to and embrace new skills and behaviors.

Leading with a service focused orientation in everything I do (through personal humility, patience and empathetic listening) has been key to my success and is what sets me apart from my contemporaries.  My abilities to help teams large and small initiate and sustain technological change is reflected in the work of the team, and having them accomplish their goals is how I measure success.

Success in digital transformation happens when a consensus is built that allows for ideas and energy to be converted into action for change.  It happens when standards are raised, limiting beliefs of what is possible are replaced, and everyone is brought together to support transformation.
